How the telephone developed.
Over
time the telephone started to be developed more effectively to make it easier
to use. Watson, Alexander Graham Bell’s assistant, discovered a way to alert
the person receiving the call by fixing a bell onto the telephone (MOAH, 1996).
Then the telephone started to have numbers buttons from 0 to 9 and each
telephone got a personal number to make it easier to call a specific person,
just by dialing his direct number.
The
telephone started to spread all over the world, and that has helped to make the
world smaller, because you can contact any person anywhere in the world. It was
used in industry and Business to help communicate widely with others persons in
other countries and make global trade more effective. It helps human contact
with each other all the time.
The
telephone had been changed from using a big wire telephones attached to the
wall to a small wireless phones and mobile phones that have a chip in it to connect
the phone to a Communication satellite network. In the past the telephone sent
only human sound through calls. However, through time, it started to be easier
and useful to use. In addition to sound, it can send text messages and images
to any other phone using the network connection.
